TREASURY ASSOCIATE

The Treasury team plays a critical role in our company, serving as the gateway to our Client’s fund flows. We are seeking a reliable, process-oriented individual with high attention to detail and excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate can collaborate within our global team structure and independently complete daily tasks. Professionalism under pressure is essential.

This role offers an opportunity to enhance your professional development and skillset through exposure to key functions and relationships, including interaction with all organizational levels, from Managing Directors to Founders.

• Organize and prioritize incoming client payment requests across the company
• Collaborate with other departments and global offices
• Prepare and review client payments
• Maintain client payment statuses
• Communicate with clients via written correspondence and phone calls
• Support the maintenance and development of systems and databases related to Treasury functions
• Additional opportunities to support the company and grow professionally

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in banking, financing, or back-office record keeping is highly desirable
• Knowledge of bank payment systems is preferred
• Experience in the alternative investment industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
