Job summary

Seacoast National Bank in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Treasury Analyst to support the Asset/Liability Management (ALM) function. You will deliver financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights to monitor balance sheet performance and guide pricing decisions.

Collaborating with Treasury leadership, you will develop models, automate data processes, and produce KRI tracking and benchmarking analyses for committees such as ALCO, ensuring GAAP/FASB compliance and clear communication of methods

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–7 years of financial analysis experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of GAAP/FASB and financial terminology and principles.

Responsibilities

• Daily and weekly balance sheet reporting with KRI tracking.
• Loan and deposit analytics and product profitability analyses for committees.
• Develops benchmarking and peer analyses.
• Support Asset/Liability Manager and Pricing Managers with data inputs and models.
• Create documentation of assumptions in line with regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct.
