Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years of financial analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of GAAP/FASB and accounting terms/methods (cash, accrual).
• Strong data management and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily and weekly balance sheet reporting with KPI and KRI tracking.
• Loan and deposit analytics, including product profitability for pricing committees.
• Develops benchmarking analyses and peer comparisons for ALCO decisions.
• Supports Asset/Liability Manager and Pricing Managers with data inputs and models.
• Creates scalable, automated data processes and documents methodologies for regulatory alignment.
