Job summary

CFS is seeking a Treasury Analyst in Fort Wayne, IN to work directly with treasury leadership and gain mentorship from experienced finance professionals. You will build expertise in treasury operations, cash management, derivatives, financial reporting, and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, MBA, CTP, or other financial certification in progress preferred.
0-3 years of accounting, treasury, finance, or financial analysis experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile, interpret, and report financial data.

Responsibilities

Reconcile exchange-traded derivative positions between broker statements and internal treasury systems.
Support monthly close activities and reporting for realized and unrealized hedging positions.
Monitor daily cash activity and support payment processing functions.
Assist with intercompany treasury transactions and cash management activities.
Prepare financial analyses and executive-level reporting materials.
Support treasury process improvements and control enhancement initiatives.
