Job summary

A leading financial services company in New York City is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join a fast-growing team. You will support cash management and assist in the Kyriba implementation while collaborating with senior leadership. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in corporate treasury at an insurance company and be ready to work in a hands-on, build-mode environment. This role offers a salary between $130,000 and $150,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience must be at an insurance company (life, health, P&C, annuity, reinsurer).
• Self-starter with ability to independently solve problems.
• Ability to work in a hands-on build-mode environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cash positioning and liquidity management.
• Assist with Kyriba implementation and testing.
• Monitor cash transactions and bank activity.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
• Support month-end treasury reporting.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc treasury projects.
• Help build treasury policies as the function scales.
