Wealthsimple is seeking an analytical Treasury Analyst to join the Cash & Collateral Management team. You will develop financial analytics, create dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions using Kyriba and SQL.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance to optimize workflows and ensure accurate, timely reporting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial analysis, strong SQL/Excel skills, and experience with Kyriba.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive financial analytics and reports to support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making.
• Leverage Kyriba Treasury Management System to extract, analyze, and report treasury data with accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance) to optimize workflows.
• Design, build, and refine intuitive dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain or develop multiple reporting deliverables with varying frequencies and quality standards.
• Support Treasury Cash and Collateral Management projects and cross-team problem-solving.
• Conduct in-depth SQL-based analyses to inform treasury strategy and operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions with IT and data teams.
