Tetra Tech is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Pasadena team, supporting global cash management, daily cash reporting, wire transfers, and investments. The role emphasizes hands-on banking administration while offering flexible/hybrid work with on-site weekly meetings at our Corporate Headquarters in Pasadena.

You will collaborate with AP and Payroll, maintain bank access, and help ensure accurate liquidity planning.

Responsibilities

• Collect bank balance and transaction information and prepare daily cash position reports.
• Coordinate daily wire transfer execution with AP and Payroll, verify all transactions and coordinate secondary approval.
• Manage all wire transfer investigations and returns.
• Collect and consolidate weekly collection reports from subsidiaries.
• Execute cashier's check requests.
• Manage requests for bank reference letters, account verifications and ACH authorizations.
• Administer daily stock buyback reporting and wire transfers.
• Assist with documentation requests for payment audits.

Tetra Tech is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our team in Pasadena, CA. The Treasury Analyst role supports global cash management administration. This role is responsible for daily cash reporting, executing wire transfers and investments, and administering bank account online access. Although the selected candidate will primarily work from home, they will be required to be on-site once a week as well as on an as needed basis for meetings and team engagement at the Corporate Headquarters in Pasadena, CA. The pay scale for this position is $72,500.00-$80,000.00 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

Your Role

Case Management

• Collect bank balance and transaction information and prepare daily cash position reports.
• Coordinate daily wire transfer execution with AP and Payroll, verify all transactions and coordinate secondary approval.
• Manage all wire transfer investigations and returns.
• Collect and consolidate weekly collection reports from subsidiaries.
• Execute cashier's check requests.
• Manage requests for bank reference letters, account verifications and ACH authorizations.
• Administer daily stock buyback reporting and wire transfers.
• Assist with documentation requests for payment audits.

Bank Administration

• Online banking administrator: onboard new users, manage access controls, audit terminated employees for access removal.
• Primary bank service contact; assist all business units in banking matters, resolve file transmission problems, bank errors, electronic payment reversals, stop checks, positive pay administration, lockbox activities, bank statement reconciliation, provide routing instructions, user training and support.
• Maintain documentation on approved wire transfer approvers and limits and communicate changes to Accounts Payable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related subject is required.
• Career goals in Finance, Treasury, or Banking.
• Advanced proficiency in Micorsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Kyriba and online banking platforms is a plus.
