Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support efficiency in working capital and to continuously evaluate policies for process improvement. The role analyzes payables and receivables, evaluates supplier relationships from a Treasury view, and assists with lease reviews for proper accounting classification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience or equivalent.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent communication, professional demeanor, well-organized and detail oriented.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes payables/receivables processes, reports metrics, and suggests improvements.
• Collaborates with the Supply Chain team to enhance supplier relationships from a Treasury perspective.
• Assists with lease reviews for proper accounting classification.
• Supports field needs related to credit card and vending programs.
• Monitors data integrity between ERP platforms and PeopleSoft.
• Manages cash and performs reconciliations of key activity.
• Works with electronic payment/receipt programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
