Job summary

The Treasury Analyst at Motion Industries in Alabama supports initiatives to improve working capital efficiency and continuously evaluate policies and procedures for process improvements.

You will analyze payables and receivables, report on performance metrics, engage with the Supply Chain team to optimize supplier relations, review new leases for proper accounting, and monitor cash management across ERP and PeopleSoft systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Zero to two years of experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Degree or experience in treasury/finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key payables and receivables processes and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Motion Supply Chain team to improve supplier relations.
• Assist with reviews of new leases for proper accounting classification.
• Support field needs related to credit card and vending programs.
• Monitor data integrity between ERP platforms and PeopleSoft.
• Responsible for cash management and reconciliations.
• Operate electronic payment/receipt programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
