Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support working capital optimization and process improvements. The role involves analyzing payables and receivables, evaluating supplier relations, and assisting with lease classifications from a treasury perspective.

You will monitor data integrity across ERP platforms, support electronic payment programs, and manage cash flow and reconciliations. A bachelor’s in a related field and 0–2 years of experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/PeopleSoft is expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyze payables and receivables processes and report performance metrics.
• Evaluate supplier relationships from a treasury perspective.
• Assist with lease reviews for proper accounting classification.
• Support field needs for credit card and vending programs.
• Monitor data integrity between ERP platforms and PeopleSoft.
• Responsible for cash management and reconciliations.
• Work with electronic payment/receipt programs.
