Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support working capital initiatives and policy evaluation for process improvements. The role involves analyzing payables/receivables, optimizing supplier relationships from a Treasury lens, and ensuring accurate lease classifications.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with up to 2 years of experience and is proficient in Excel/PowerPoint/Word, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
0–2 years of experience or equivalent combination

Responsibilities

Analyze key processes in payables and receivables and report performance metrics
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to improve supplier relationships from a Treasury perspective
Assist in reviewing new leases for proper accounting classification
Support field needs related to credit card and vending programs
Monitor data integrity across ERP platforms and PeopleSoft
Responsible for cash management
Perform reconciliations of key activity
Work with electronic payment/receipt programs
Perform other duties as assigned
