Job summary

Motion Industries in Alabama is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support working capital initiatives and policy improvements. You will analyze payables and receivables, report on metrics, and recommend process changes to boost cash flow and efficiency.

Collaborating with the Motion Supply Chain team, you will evaluate supplier relationships, assist with lease reviews, and help manage cash, banking relationships, and electronic payments across ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

SUMMARY:

The Treasury Analyst supports Motion Industries' initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency in the use of working capital and continuous evaluation of policies and procedures for process improvements.

JOB DUTIES

• Performs analysis of key processes in payables and receivables, reports on performance metrics, and recommends process changes to improve such metrics.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and zero (0) to two (2) years of experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word


• Professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills, verbal and written


• Highly organized and detail oriented
