Job summary

AlphaGen is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management, liquidity, and banking activities. You will help maintain cash files, forecast cash needs, and ensure accurate, timely processing of payments and intercompany transfers.

A strong foundation in finance and attention to detail are essential for success. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury teams across AlphaGen’s operating regions to optimize liquidity, support month‑end close, and participate in

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, Accounting, FP&A, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivots, lookups, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with banking portals and electronic payment platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily cash management files for treasury operations.
• Reconcile daily cash activity across multiple bank accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate and resolve cash transaction discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Process vendor payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks following internal controls.
