Job summary

FastSpring in the United States is seeking a Treasury Analyst to manage operating cashflows, FX exposure, and financing activities within the CFO team. You will partner with leaders to optimize cash flow across currencies and enhance treasury processes in a fast-growing tech environment.

The role supports over $1.7 billion in payments and 30 multinational accounts, with opportunities to implement automation and improve controls while coordinating with external banking partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash management activities, monitor cash flows, and provide support for global treasury operations.
• Help oversee over 30 multinational cash accounts by minimizing foreign currency exposure and maximizing interest income.
• Process close to $1.7 billion of payments for thousands of Sellers via Hyperwallet, Payoneer, and Wells Fargo.
• Update our database for manual exceptions to our current process or platform capabilities.
• Execute FX spot trades as needed to minimize FX exposure.
• Maintain minimum balances in our foreign cash accounts for operating cash outflows and maximize interest on excess funds by funding proper investing instruments.
• Assist our financing administration including our term loan and credit card program.
• Assist with the Wells Fargo treasury management system and partner with our operating leaders on special implementation projects.
• Assist with internal/external audits and maintain compliance with policies.
• Partner with Senior Treasury Analyst to drive operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs and growth initiatives including insurance administration and regulatory compliance.

The Position:

As the Treasury Analyst, you are an integral part of the company’s Treasury objectives across operating cashflows, investments, foreign exchange, and short/long term financing. This role will be a key member of the CFO organization and will partner with operating leaders to maximize cash flow opportunities. Currently, the treasury handles $1.7 billion worth of transactions across multiple currencies.

We are looking for a junior analyst who is detailed, a self-starter and will collaborate strategically with the Senior Treasury Analyst and cross-functional teams as well as our external banking partners. Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Treasury
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Exceptional ability to analyze financial data and clearly communicate results
• Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners

This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan (or, if a sales role, a commission plan as defined in the sales incentive plan document).
