Job summary

Paycom, a leading payroll and HR technology provider, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our treasury team in Southlake, Texas. You will support cash management, liquidity analysis, and intercompany transactions to strengthen the company's financial health.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of treasury, accounting, or corporate finance experience.
  • Experience with liquidity management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with treasury systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare treasury reports and management presentations.
  • Coordinate cash transfers, funding requirements, and intercompany transactions.
  • Proactively identify and recommend changes to improve efficiency and safeguard the company’s cash.
  • Investigate bank accounts discrepancies and monitor treasury-related requests.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
  • Update bank user access and travel as needed.

Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 20 pounds. Occasionally work environment may be very stressful.Mental/Physical Requirements: Normal office environment. May view computer screens for long periods of time. Occasional evening or weekend work.
