Job summary

Archon Resources in Plano, TX seeks a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management, reconcile client deposits and transactions, and maintain cash position for U.S. and foreign operations.

You will manage bank accounts and portals, process wires and ACH payments, monitor cash positions, and perform bank reconciliations. Experience with Workday Finance and SOX compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required, plus treasury/accounting experience.
• Workday Finance experience preferred.
• Public company and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance experience preferred.
• Experience with online banking platforms and GL software is required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client deposits and transactions daily.
• Prepare and update the current-day cash position for U.S. and foreign operations.
• Manage bank accounts and banking portals, including documentation and approvals.
• Perform bank administration for Treasury systems.
• Analyze daily cash flows to optimize disbursement activity.
• Enter wires, transfers, and ACH payments daily.
• Monitor check runs and positive pay transmissions.
• Process EFT/ACH payments and conduct bank reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Works with various teams to reconcile client deposits and transactions.
• Prepares and updates the current-day cash position for U.S. and foreign operations.
• Manages bank accounts and banking portals, including required documentation and bank account approval processes.
• Performs bank administration for all Treasury-related systems.
• Analyzes daily cash flows to promote efficient disbursement activity.
• Enters and initiates required daily wires, transfers, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) tax payments.
• Monitors check runs.
• Maintains and uploads positive pay transmissions.
• Processes daily electronic funds transfer (EFT) and ACH payments and performs bank reconciliations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Experience with Workday Finance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience, plus one to three years of Treasury and/or Accounting experience is required.
• Public company and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance experience preferred.

Computer Skills:

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access is required, along with general ledger software experience and internet research skills. Experience with online banking platforms is required. Knowledge of MS Dynamics SL and Bank of America CashPro is preferred.
