Job summary

GLS is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join the Treasury team, supporting daily and monthly processes around borrowing, securitizations, and loan sales. You will contribute to the preparation of financing transactions and reporting for investors.

This entry-level role requires a bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field, strong Excel skills, and analytical capabilities. It offers a structured path through campus recruiting for May 2027 and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering, or a related field required
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts required
• Strong analytical, problem solving, data gathering, and analysis skills required
• Strong Excel skills required; basic knowledge of at least one coding language (VBA, SQL) preferred
• High level of intellectual curiosity and understanding of financial results and the organization's financial picture
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Team player in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Exempt level position with hours typically Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm; may require overtime

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparing daily borrowing requests to banking partners
• Evaluate asset eligibility for credit facilities, loan sales, and securitizations
• Produce and deliver monthly performance reports to third-party loan buyers
• Assist in preparing marketing materials for third parties and investors
• Assist in executing financing transactions by producing reports, data, and analysis for due diligence
• Engage and manage third-party relationships across bank and securitization transactions

What does it mean to be a Treasury Analyst at GLS?

As a Treasury Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Treasury team that monitors and maintains the company’s capital strategy by borrowing from commercial banks, issuing securitization transactions, and executing loan sales. You will perform daily and monthly processes in support of these functions.

• Help plan and prepare daily borrowing requests to banking partners
• Evaluate and monitor the eligibility of assets for inclusion in credit facilities, loan sales, and securitizations
• Produce and deliver monthly performance reports to third‑party loan buyers
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for third parties and investors
• Assist in executing and managing various financing transactions by producing reports, data, and analysis as needed for due diligence
• Help to engage and manage various third‑party relationships across bank and securitization transactions
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering, or a related field required
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts required
• Strong analytical, problem solving, data gathering, and analysis skills required
• Strong Excel skills required; basic knowledge least one computer coding language (VBA, SQL) preferred
• High level of intellectual curiosity required including the inclination and ability to understand the drivers of financial results and the overall financial picture of the organization
• High level of professional maturity; verbal and written communication skills necessary to interact with senior management required
• Strong drive, ambition, and self‑motivation; ‘self‑starter’ with the ability to independently resolve day‑today issues

• This is an exempt level position whereby business need will dictate the exact work schedule which should be expected to vary at times. Generally, the days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
• Regular, predictable attendance is required, including in excess of 40 hours per week as business demands dictate
• Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
• The position does not require travel
• Significant portions of daily assignments involve application of manual skills requiring motor coordination in combination with finger dexterity
• Remain in a stationary position up to 100% of the workday
• Be able to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, bending, and kneeling
