Are you a finance professional with expertise in treasury operations and a keen interest in the dynamic world of real estate investment? Our client, a leader in the real estate sector, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their Atlanta-based team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the firm’s financial strategies, optimize liquidity, and play a pivotal role in supporting investment activities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to complex capital structures and investment mechanisms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring across multiple entities and bank accounts.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support operational and investment needs.
• Coordinate funding activities for acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and refinancing transactions.
• Execute wire transfers and inter-company funding arrangements, ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
• Prepare and deliver treasury and liquidity reports for senior finance leadership and investment teams.
• Ensure compliance with lender covenants and support debt servicing and reporting obligations.
• Collaborate with external banking partners to manage accounts, optimize fees, and streamline treasury operations.
• Support investor-related cash flow activities, including capital calls and distributions across investment vehicles.
• Work with internal teams such as Accounting, Legal, and Asset Management on capital planning initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting tools.
• Understanding of complex legal structures such as REITs, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of accountability in managing responsibilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in the real estate or investment management industry.
• Knowledge of fund accounting principles and treasury management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with banking platforms and system enhancements.
• Previous experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving capital planning.
