Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Senior Treasurer in New York to work with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporates on treasury and working capital solutions. You will split time between building client relationships and leading engagements, data gathering, analysis, and recommendations.

You’ll also help the team automate and scale advisory tools and processes, coaching consultants and driving scalable delivery of outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate treasury or related finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related quantitative field.
• MBA, CFA, or CTP is highly preferred.
• Experience speaking with external stakeholders and senior management.
• Strong analytical skills across qualitative and quantitative data.
• Clear written and verbal communicator.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; VBA a plus.
