You will recruit, manage, and lead a team with direct ownership support while earning commission on personal and team sales. Ideal candidates have sales experience and leadership abilities. Enjoy working in an uncapped territory without the limitations of a traditional role.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2+ years of sales experience in any industry.
• Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quotas.
• Experience mentoring or leading others, formally or informally.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to recruit and identify talent.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work some evenings with the team schedule.
