Job summary

Continental is seeking an operator in the extruding department to manage dies, apply recipe changes, and perform changeovers in a non-climate controlled environment. You will load dies, monitor line performance, and maintain tolerances while working in a physically demanding role.

Training lasts 6–12 weeks, with potential evening/weekend shifts. A High School Diploma or GED is required and relocation is not offered.

• Consist lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent reaching and twisting; occasional bending, squatting, and climbing of stairs/ladder.

HOURLY PAY

• The hourly starting rate for this position is $30.06. The hourly rate will increase to $31.66per hour after training is complete (6-12 weeks of training). This position is also eligible for a quarterly incentive program.
• This role will be eligible for shift differential which is added onto your hourly rate. The additional shift differential is $0.20 per hour for evening shifts, $0.40 per hour for overnight shifts, and $1.00 per hour for weekendshifts.
• Pay rate is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
