• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• No relocation assistance offered.

Responsibilities

• Remove and reload dies.
• Change recipes as needed.
• Place strip of rubber on feed belt and roll up the 1st run (50#).
• Conduct changeovers as needed.
• Maintain tread running within tolerance.
• Scrap tread into mill as needed.
• Consist lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent reaching and twisting; occasional bending, squatting, and climbing stairs/ladder.
