• ·Provide one-on-one activities or modifications as needed based on individual resident assessments and care plans.
• ·Assist with activity planning and scheduling.
• ·Communicate with residents, families, and staff about activities and programs.

Qualifications:

• ·TRD (Therapeutic Recreation Degree) preferred but not required.

• ·Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
