Job summary

Republic Services is hiring a TRD Operator to manage generation facilities within our E&P division in Texas. The role covers a range of tasks across press, centrifuge, heating, receiving, yard, and plant fluid operations, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient plant performance.

You will investigate abnormal conditions, initiate corrective action, and perform preventative maintenance, contributing to reliable waste treatment, recovery, and disposal operations in our oilfield services portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in the operation of generation facilities and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate 6 areas: Press Operator, Centrifuge Operator, Heating Operator, Receiving Operator, Yard Operator or Plant Fluid Operator.
• Investigate abnormal operating conditions and initiate corrective action.
• Perform preventative maintenance on generation facility equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas and ensure proper paperwork.
• Move fluids, gauges tanks, monitor fluid levels and ensure proper operation of all units.
• Coordinate with plant personnel to ensure smooth operation and repairs as needed.
