Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is hiring for a Full-time Food Services position at the Burnet Campus. The role is day shift, 40 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. You will assemble patient meals, stock carts, verify meal accuracy, ensure sanitation, and deliver excellent patient and staff service.

Starting pay ranges from $16.75 to $20.27 per hour, based on experience and equity. Regular employment status and benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, push carts, and lift supplies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble patient meal trays according to diet orders and meal tickets.
• Set up, stock, and load meal carts for delivery to patient care areas.
• Verify meal accuracy and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Support other Food Services functions as assigned.
