Job summary

HMG AMERICA LLC is seeking an experienced technical professional to lead technical implementations of payment hub products in the United States. Responsibilities include collaborating with solution architects, developing integrations with external systems, and customizing payment flows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment hub architectures and industry standards. The role involves support during testing phases and providing technical documentation and support to teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of payment hub architectures, payment orchestration, routing, validation, and exception handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute technical implementations of payment hub products, including configuration, customization, and integration activities.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems, including core banking systems, channels, clearing & settlement systems, and third-party services.
• Configure and customize payment flows for domestic, international, real-time, batch, and high-value payment types.
• Support data mapping, message transformation, and validation for industry standards such as ISO 20022, SWIFT, XML, JSON, and proprietary formats.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT, including defect analysis and resolution.
• Assist in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis during implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, design artifacts, and implementation runbooks.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical support to internal teams and client stakeholders.
