Qualifications

• Must complete LRV training program and pass all required exams.
• Must pass pre-qualification exam.
• Must have 1 year of customer service experience providing instructions and resolving inquiries.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Utah Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Operate Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and reporting issues.
• Communicate with TRAX Control, customers, and supervisors.
• Answer questions and provide information to customers and staff.
