Perfect Performance Baseball Coach Job Description

Perfect Performance is the premier baseball player development facility in the DMV area. We offer athletes the latest in hitting development paired with strength, therapy, and education to achieve results.

Baseball Coaches will report directly to the Director of Baseball. The Outlaws Travel and Showcase teams operate under the Perfect Performance Baseball umbrella. The Outlaws will field teams at the 10U-16U level for the fall 2024 season, with both local and national level teams.

Coaches are responsible for running efficient and engaging practices while utilizing the Outlaws’ development philosophy. You will also be tasked with creating, building, and strengthening team culture that inspires players to love the game of baseball, participate in their developmental progress, and understand the context of wins, losses, and the recruiting process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitating a positive team environment
• Managing rosters and lineups in leagues and tournaments
• Running team and multi-team satellite practices
• Maintaining a growth mindset and a desire to develop coaching skills

Physical Requirements:

Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and repeatedly throughout the workday. Physical activities include walking, demonstrating and assisting with exercises, throwing, lifting, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, and squatting.
