Combined Selection Group Ltd seeks a Traveling Lead Superintendent to manage ground-up industrial, retail, and cold storage projects across NC, SC, GA, TN, LA, and surrounding states, with a Charlotte, NC base. You will lead safety, quality, and schedule while coordinating with owners and trade partners.

Travel is a core part of this role; a strong base salary, vehicle allowance, per diem, travel coverage, ESOP, and clear long-term career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Led ground-up commercial construction projects as the Lead Superintendent.
• Strong industrial, cold storage, and/or retail project experience.
• Proven success managing schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality.
• Ability to build strong relationships with owners, clients, and trade partners.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast; Charlotte area home base preferred.

Traveling Lead Superintendent – Industrial & Retail Construction

We are a growing commercial general contractor seeking an experienced traveling superintendent to lead industrial, retail, and cold storage projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, and the surrounding Southeast. Base location: Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Led ground‑up commercial construction projects as the Lead Superintendent.
• Strong industrial, cold storage, and/or retail project experience.
• Proven success managing schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality.
• Ability to build strong relationships with owners, clients, and trade partners.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast; Charlotte area home base preferred.
