The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects, familiarity with luxury brands, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to travel nationwide.
• Proven experience delivering high-end retail stores (Gucci, Louis Vuitton, or other luxury brands).
• Experience on ground-up construction and renovation projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication with a calm, professional, solutions-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and medical or facility staff.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software proficiency.

Scott Humphrey has partnered with a respected and growing nationwide General Contracto is seeking a Retail Superintendent to oversee their high-end retail ground-up construction projects across the US. This firms values strong communication, leadership presence, and the ability to maintain calm, collaborative jobsite environments above all else.

About the Role

The Superintendent will be responsible for day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This position requires an effective communicator who can manage subcontractors, interact professionally with hospital staff, and represent the GC with poise and confidence.

Required Qualifications
