Placed is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout across the nation. You will manage budgets, forecasting, change orders, and monthly billing while overseeing subcontractor buyout and performance.

The role requires coordinating with owners, designers, and commissioning agents, along with managing RFIs and submittals. Travel for extended periods and industry certifications (OSHA 30, PMP/LEED AP) are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in ground-up data centers/ large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field (nice to have but not a requirement).
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.
• OSHA 30; PMP or LEED AP a plus.
• Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Excel.
