Job summary
ProVantage Corporate Solutions is seeking a Fixture Installer and Merchandiser to lead installs in big-box and warehouse-style retailers nationwide. Travel to sites, read plans, assemble heavy-duty fixtures, and ensure safety and quality while meeting project timelines.
Must be comfortable with 40+ hours weekly and travel up to 500+ miles; per diem for meals and lodging is provided. Prior retail installation or construction experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years in retail installation, merchandising, or construction environments.
- Experience in high-bay / warehouse-style retail stores (travelling merchandising role).
Responsibilities
- Execute installs: assemble and install heavy-duty steel fixtures, gondola systems, and racking.
- Work in high-bay environments: operate in stores with exposed structural steel, high ceilings, and lift equipment.
- Read and execute plans: interpret blueprints, layouts, and Plan-O-Grams (POGs/MODs).
- Ensure safety and quality: maintain safety standards when working with lifts, tools, and overhead structures.
- Problem solve in real time: adjust layouts, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving.
