The Travelling Concrete/Foundation General Foreman at D. Grimm, Inc. oversees crew management, executes on-site project management, and maintains communication with the Construction Manager. Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with high safety and quality standards. Plays a key role in project success and crew mentoring.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage production tasks, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and crew management.
• Schedule materials and conduct safety meetings.
• Oversee equipment inspections, maintenance, and tooling.
• Complete daily reports, safety forms, and manage documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, report to the Construction Manager, and mentor crew members.

Ideal Candidate:

• Valid driver’s license and insurable record
• GPS experience; OSHA 30 preferred
• Experience as a foreman on large foundation projects
• Skills in layout, drilled pier construction, underground electrical work
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 100 pounds, reaching, bending, climbing, operating vehicles, typing
