You will travel across the U.S. and Canada for assignments, troubleshoot various systems, and lead small teams. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands‑on troubleshooting experience with wind turbine models.
• Ability to work an 8 week on, 1 week off rotation.
• Valid passport for travel to Canada.
• Good vision to perform detailed inspections.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various wind farm sites across the U.S. and Canada.
• Troubleshoot problems on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Lead small teams ensuring safety and productivity.
• Maintain documentation and records as per company policy.
