Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Experience with structural, industrial, or commercial welding a plus.
• Willingness to travel and secure transportation to sites.
• Pass pre-employment screenings including drug testing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication per project specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams.
• MIG, stick, flux-core welding as required.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow OSHA rules.
• Travel to multiple project sites as needed.
