Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Training Manager to lead training and development programs for a network of operations across the Central US with extensive travel. You will administer OSHA-aligned training, coordinate events, and drive onboarding and continuous improvement.

The role requires experience in warehouse training leadership, plus coaching of training supervisors. Internal candidates are strongly preferred and a strong focus on safety and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and facilitating training programs in logistics or manufacturing.
• Ability to document processes to meet regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Capable of developing training calendars, budgets and delivery plans.
• Experience coaching and supervising training staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer and facilitate training programs to ensure OSHA and corporate compliance.
• Develop, publish and manage annual training calendar for the Training Center.
• Coordinate training events across campus locations and onboarding.
• Track training metrics and ensure proper records management.
• Lead and coach training supervisors in safety, quality and CSCS foundations.
