Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Training Manager to lead training for a network of operations across the Central US, with over 50% travel required. The role focuses on developing programs, coaching supervisors, and ensuring compliance with corporate and safety guidelines.

You will manage an annual training calendar, coordinate campus events, and partner with HR, recruiting, and operations to deliver onboarding and ongoing development. Internal candidates are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisor or management role.
• 3+ years in logistics or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and facilitate training programs to ensure compliance with corporate, OSHA, and legislative guidelines.
• Develop, maintain and publish annual training calendar for the Training Center.
• Facilitate HS&E, MHE, CSCS, onboarding and other key training programs.
• Oversee planning, scheduling and coordination of training events for campus locations.
• Leverage learning technologies to grow the Training Center Team.
• Assess ongoing training needs and report on training effectiveness.
• Work with Campus Safety Manager on safety changes or initiatives.
• Develop, track and report on training metrics and maintain training records.
• Coordinate weekly onboarding training with recruitment and operations teams.
• Provide leadership and coaching to training supervisors in Safety, Quality, and CSCS Foundations.
• Update leaders and partners quarterly on training center activity and issues.
• Oversee the Training Center budget.
