Job summary

Metro Vein Centers seeks Traveling Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (RVT, RVS, or ARRT) to support multiple clinics in a market cluster. The role offers a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with no overnight shifts, traveling between sites to maintain coverage and partner with physicians.

Responsibilities include performing lower extremity venous duplex studies, ensuring patient comfort, documenting findings in the EMR, and delivering high‑quality care across clinics.

Qualifications

• Active RVT (ARDMS), RVS (CCI), or ARRT certification required.
• Minimum of one year of hands-on vascular ultrasound scanning experience.
• Strong ultrasound scanning skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel between multiple clinics in assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality lower extremity venous duplex ultrasound evaluations and post-treatment scans.
• Maintain proper scanning protocols and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Communicate preliminary findings to physicians accurately and efficiently.
• Document ultrasound findings and patient information in the EMR system.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in exam rooms and equipment areas.
• Support daily patient flow in partnership with clinicians and staff.
• Travel between clinics within the assigned market based on needs.
• Adapt to varying clinic workflows while upholding patient experience standards.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the patient journey.
