Job summary

Metro Vein Centers is seeking a Traveling Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (RVT/RVS/ARRT) to support multiple clinics in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role offers a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with travel among clinics, ensuring high-quality venous duplex ultrasound care and accurate diagnoses across the market.

The ideal candidate has an active RVT/RVS/ARRT certification, 1+ year of hands-on ultrasound experience, and a patient‑focused approach with strong teamwork and communication

Qualifications

• Active RVT (ARDMS/CCI/ARRT) certification required.
• Minimum of one year hands-on ultrasound scanning experience.
• Strong ultrasound scanning skills and attention to detail.
• Patient-centered approach and positive patient experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel within an assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality lower extremity venous duplex ultrasound evaluations.
• Maintain scanning protocols and patient safety during exams.
• Communicate findings to physicians accurately and efficiently.
• Document ultrasound findings in the EMR system.
• Keep exam rooms and equipment clean, organized and safe.
• Support daily patient flow in collaboration with clinic staff.
• Travel between clinics within the market as needed.
• Adapt to varying clinic workflows while maintaining care standards.
