Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Traveling Trainer based in Brandon, MS, with responsibilities to travel to Sonic locations, train teams, and uphold high service standards. You will lead sessions, assess training outcomes, and collaborate with site leadership to ensure consistent, exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers travel across multiple locations, opportunities for advancement within training or management, and a benefits package including health coverage and travel reimbursements.

Formación

• 1-2 years fast food restaurant experience preferred.
• Shift management experience or trainer experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and motivated with a passion for training and development.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to Sonic locations to train staff and new team members.
• Maintain Sonic standards for food quality and customer service.
• Support managers and staff to maintain a fun, positive work atmosphere.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.
