The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in fast-food operations, demonstrates strong communication, and is excited about travel and developing team members.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of fast food restaurant experience preferred.
• Shift management or trainer experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Sonic locations to train new and existing team members.
• Ensure Sonic standards for food quality and service.
