Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a full-time Teller to deliver an exceptional customer experience across our Gloucester and Salem Counties markets in NJ. The role involves traveling to various financial centers, handling teller transactions, and referring bank products tailored to customer needs.

The position requires 6–12 months of customer service and cash handling experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Scheduling aligns with branch hours, with no Sundays in the assigned market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 to 12 months customer service experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Accountable for the referral of products and services at the Financial Center. Recognize, demonstrate and follow-through on referral opportunities.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and Fulton policy and procedure to include operational, security and settlement procedures.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
