Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Teller to deliver an exceptional customer experience across our PA market. You will handle transactions, refer bank products, and support daily operations with accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires travel to various financial centers within the market, scheduling around branch hours, and no Sundays. 6–12 months in customer service and cash handling, High School diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months customer service experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Accountable for the referral of products and services at the Financial Center. Recognize, demonstrate and follow-through on referral opportunities.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and Fulton policy and procedure to include operational, security and settlement procedures.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
