Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a full-time Teller to join our Financial Centers across Gloucester and Salem Counties in NJ. The role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience, handling teller transactions, and promoting banking solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Travel between assigned centers is required, with schedule flexibility and no Sunday shifts. This position requires a High School diploma and 6–12 months of customer service and cash handling

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 to 12 months customer service experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Accountable for the referral of products and services at the Financial Center. Recognize, demonstrate and follow-through on referral opportunities.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and Fulton policy and procedure to include operational, security and settlement procedures.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
