Job summary

You will handle teller transactions, promote banking solutions, and assist customers with referrals while traveling to various centers as needed. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of customer service and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 6 to 12 months customer service experience (required).
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Accountable for the referral of products and services at the Financial Center; build relationships to meet customer needs.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policy; identify and mitigate loss.
• Leverage digital solutions to support customers and resolve problems.
