Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is seeking an Aerial Construction Supervisor to lead telecom crews in the field, ensuring safe, timely installation, maintenance and repair of aerial and underground assets. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with crews, customers and vendors, and ensure adherence to project deliverables.

This role requires prior supervisory experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or advanced training in related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1+ years of project management experience including planning and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment ensuring safety and timeliness.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and progress, guiding project execution.
• Ensure clear communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Identify and address project issues and risks; develop response plans.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Implement and maintain processes to support tasks in assigned area.
• Communicate with company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
