Job summary

Meriplex is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, act as a virtual IT Manager, ensure documentation and SOPs are current, and align clients to Meriplex standards. The role requires travel to client sites and work from Meriplex offices.

Responsibilities include escalating issues, maintaining client network documentation, and collaborating with vCIOs and Client Success Managers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or six-years related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an MSP.
• Ability to write clear correspondence and interpret documents.
