Job summary

Prism Electric in Garland, TX seeks a Traveling Technology Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects. You will own financial reporting, schedules, submittals, and change management across multiple sites.

This role requires strong budgeting, RFI handling, and collaboration with superintendents, CAD teams, and vendors. Travel is expected; OSHA 30, BICSI, and RCDD credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.
• Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of financial software, accounting practices, change orders, and billings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all financial reporting, tracking and projection of labor, material, job expenses, and changes.
• Manage Superintendent/CAD construction drawings to ensure proper installation.
• Create and maintain a complete project budget using superintendent drawings.
• Monthly financial projections for each project.
• Create a project schedule of values to maintain positive cash flow.
• Monthly progress billing for each project.
