Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience with 10+ years in a supervisor/superintendent role.
• Weld qualification or certification in FCAW, SMAW, SAW required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is beneficial.

• Coordinate work across crafts, departments, and contractors.
• Train and mentor team members including welders.
