Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• English required; Spanish beneficial.
• Physical capability to perform required duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew at a work location, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members, including welders.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of site equipment.

Climb structures using appropriate fall protection and available handholds and footholds

Advanced self-awareness and interpersonal skills

Education

Typically 15+ years of relevant experience and 10+ years in supervisor/superintendent role

Tools

Weld qualification/certification in multiple processes (FCAW, SMAW, SAW, etc.)

NCCCO certified equipment operator

CB&I mobile crane safety training
